How to fix WHMCS drop-down menu unclickable?

Steps 1-3 on first attachment

Step 1: Navigate via FTP to **YOUR WHMCS DIR**/templates/alaskawhmcs/static/js

Step 2:  Download and edit the ‘app.js’ (<span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>**YOUR WHMCS DIR**/templates/alaskawhmcs/static/js/</span><span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>app.js</span><span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>)</span>

Step 3: Add the “$” sign in the code like in the Attachment .

BEFORE  jQuery(document).ready(function(){

AFTER  <em style=”line-height: 1.5;”>jQuery(document).ready(function($){

Save and upload the updated app.js file, back to the “<span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>templates/alaskawhmcs/static/js”</span><span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>  directory(DIR)</span>

Steps 4-6 on second attachment

Step 4: Navigate via FTP to **YOUR WORDPRESS DIR**/wp-content/themes/alaska/assets/js

Step 5:  Download and edit the ‘custom.js’ (<span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>**YOUR WORDPRESS DIR**/wp-content/themes/alaska/assets/js/</span><span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>custom.js</span><span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>)</span>

Step 6:  add the following code to the lines like shown in the attachment

$(‘.navbar-collapse .nav .dropdown’).hover(function(e){
$(this).find(‘.dropdown-menu’).stop( true, false ).slideDown(300);
}, function(e){
$(this).find(‘.dropdown-menu’).stop( true, false ).slideUp(300);
});

(Make sure the ”””’ symbols in the code above, are correctly pasted as plain text and not formatted text)

<span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>Save and upload the updated </span>custom<span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>.js file, back to the “/</span>wp-content/themes/alaska/assets/js<span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>”</span><span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>  directory(DIR)</span>
